The 19th Biennial South Atlantic Regional Conference
of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Inc., is scheduled to be held on March 27th – 30th, 2025, at the Hilton Tampa Airport Hotel, 2225 North Lois Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33607. We invite all licensed vendors to participate in the upcoming event.

Cost for participation is $200.00 per vendor for on-site and/or for virtual. On-site includes a 10’ X 10’ Exhibit area, one table and two chairs. If you are interested in participating as a vendor in the conference, please complete the Vendor/Exhibitor Inquiry Form and provide a brief description of the type of product or service you provide.  Upon receipt of your completed form, a Vendor/Exhibitor Packet will be forwarded to
you with more detailed information.
Please note Vendor/Exhibit space is available
on a first come, first served basis.
